After running established in-house surveys of their workforce London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) decided to take a fresh approach and implemented Ceeda's EYsurveys, gaining both a wider perspective and deeper insight into staff views across their 37 site nursery group.
Lorenzo Chiozzi, Head of People and Performance at LEYF, explains why:
"We designed and worked in collaboration with Ceeda for our annual survey and we had a very positive experience. They clearly are expert professionals in the field, and the system offered a variety of approaches.
We decided to align our survey to the pre-designed one as this offered an industry benchmark across the sector. The implementation was easy and quick, and the level of support we received was equally excellent.
The survey system offers a variety of reports, including different settings for benchmarking. This allowed us to breakdown our results by area and also individual nurseries, allowing granular analysis."
