Ceeda survey feeds into SEF and action planning
The flexibility and quality of service offered by Going Places Day Nursery in Plymouth has proved a hit with parents.
In a survey carried out by ceeda, an independent research agency, 100% of parents said they would recommend the setting to other parents and the nursery came top in 28 out of 30 satisfaction criteria measured by the ceeda benchmark survey in nurseries across the country. Overall parent satisfaction reached an average of 9.56 out of 10 compared to the benchmark average of 9.02.
The nursery has fed back survey results to parents via a newsletter, one to one discussion and providing a copy of the report in the setting. An action plan has been developed to address aspects of service delivery where parents identified room for improvement. Commenting on the service Allan Wright says:
"We have been very impressed with the ceeda parent survey; it has added value to our relationship with parents and has identified areas for improvement that we would not have predicted. The results will be used in our SEF and we can now build on what we have found out, reinforcing the good practice that parents clearly value and working on areas where they would like to see improvements."
